A​/R A​/P Consultant

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Working with internal stakeholders to address billing and payment inquiries
• Assisting with month-end accounting activities
• Supporting accounting operations across multiple business locations
• Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Experience in AP/AR and account reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
