Corporate Accounting Manager .Thisisapubliclytradedmanufacturingcompanywithmanufacturingplantsinthe United States .Youwillreporttothe Director of Accounting ,andsupervisecorporateaccountingstaff.
- Willmanagethecorporateaccountingstafftoensurecompliancewiththecompany’saccountingpolicies,GAAP,andSECregulations.
- Supervisethemonthlyfinancialcloseprocess,coordinatingwithdivisioncontrollers,tax personnel,payroll,etc.toproducefinancialstatementsofseveralcompanies.
- Overseethepreparationofthe Company’sfinancial,statisticalandmanagementreports.
- Responsibleforanalysis,andreportingofcostrelatedfinancialinformation,andcostvarianceanalysis.
- Controlthegeneralledger,asset management,andaccountspayablesystems
- Maintainintegrityofbalancesheetaccounts
- Provideauditsupporttointernalandexternalauditors.
- Provideoversightofcorporateaccountingpolicies,reviewingtheperformanceofthecompany’sinternalcontrolsandcompletionofSOXrequirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’sdegreerequired,Master’sdegreepreferredin
Accountingor
Finance. - Atleast5-7yearsexperienceinacorporateaccountingmanagementposition.
- Expertiseinaccountingforapublictradedcompany–familiaritywithGAAP,SOX,andSECregulationsisrequired.
- IndepthexperiencewithSAPG/Land Business Intelligence (BI
