Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team members and customers. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and vendor information
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned
  • Follow up phone calls to potential customers
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls
