Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team members and customers. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and vendor information
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned
- Follow up phone calls to potential customers
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with making outbound calls
