Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments for our sales representatives and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations with customers.
  • Maintain and update the appointment calendar to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and follow up on leads.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
