Administrative Coordinator – Roll Shield LLC (Clearwater, FL)

Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | Competitive Pay – Growing Company, Supportive Team

Roll Shield LLC, the largest manufacturer of hurricane shutters in the area, is looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations and keep everything running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, friendly, customer‑focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, greet customers, and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule installations, service calls, and sales appointments
  • Prepare and update customer files, work orders, and job folders
  • Assist with permit paperwork, uploading documents, and coordinating with municipalities
  • Track job progress and communicate updates between installers, sales reps, and customers
  • Manage incoming/outgoing emails and ensure timely responses
  • Enter data, update CRM/job management systems, and maintain organized digital records
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic office bookkeeping tasks
  • Support management with administrative tasks and daily office needs
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and basic data entry
  • Experience in construction, permitting, scheduling, or home‑improvement industry is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Someone who can “think ahead,” solve problems, and help the team stay on track
Experience Requirements
  • Prior Administrative, Office, Coordinator, or Scheduling Experience Preferred
  • Construction or home‑improvement admin experience a bonus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
