Education Coordinator assists with all administrative tasks for In-Studio education. Detail oriented, critical thinking ability, clear communication both written and verbal are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel/Word is a must. Salesforce and SAP experience highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:- Meticulously perform data entry and maintain comprehensive class records for in-studio education programs. This includes diligent tracking of daily ticket sales and ensuring accurate data reconciliation across all relevant systems.
- Initiate and track product orders from creation through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to support educational programs.
- Assist with the accurate capture of all attendee data and generate weekly rosters.
- Maintain multiple objects in Salesforce to ensure accurate data capture.
- Assist with asset upload and dissemination to appropriate cross functional partners.
- Ensure the timely and accurate creation, deactivation, and reactivation of all necessary material codes.
- Disseminates appropriate reporting to brands and cross functional partners, in collaboration with Region Education Managers.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to administrative inquiries and cases, always prioritizing a superior guest experience.
- Contribute to the development and production of essential selling tools, including class flyers and calendars, ensuring they are accurate and professional.
- Perform a variety of other related administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting the broader Education team's objectives.
- Other duties as required by Education Leadership.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Education or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel/Word
- Salesforce and SAP experience highly preferred
- High attention to detail
- High level of professionalism in an office environment
- Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) more than 90% of the day
- Ability to work independently
