Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all visitors and callers in a warm, professional manner.

  • Assist residents with requests, appointments, and special needs.

  • Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and package handling.

  • Support community communications: newsletters, calendars, and announcements.

  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and resident preference files.

  • Participate in or help facilitate resident activities.

  • Submit and track work orders and service requests.

  • Assist with purchasing supplies within budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 6+ months of office, administrative, or hospitality experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with technology.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
