Automotive Technician - Technician LEAD TECH​/MASTER TECH

The hourly range for this role is $18-$20 per hour Guaranteed Minimum and $28-$40 Flat Rate based on experience.

We are seeking a professional technician to help grow our shop, coach entry-level techs, and drive sales and guest count. Must have your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and be a team player and leader.

The Technician role is full-time or part-time, primarily responsible for vehicle diagnostics and routine repairs, delivering exceptional service and maintaining safety standards.

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
• Complete courtesy inspections, document and communicate needed services.
• Assist in inventory management and store duties, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Follow safety standards and conduct test drives according to policies.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and operate equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience, ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
