Mission

As a Client Success & Retention Specialist, you will become a product expert for our Everywhere Small Business (ESB) platform. You’ll work directly with clients, analyzing their marketing campaigns and demonstrating how each element of their strategy is driving results. A key aspect of your role is to respond to cancellation requests and present data‑driven insights to help retain subscriptions, ultimately maximizing client ROI.

You will also have the chance to upsell additional products and services to enhance client success.

Schedule & Pay

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $650/week plus bonuses

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily team meetings and strategy sessions
  • Develop and implement follow‑up strategies with existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics
  • Continuously educate yourself on your market and client needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, clean up your pipeline, and provide weekly reports
  • Drive cancellation prevention efforts by using data to demonstrate ROI to clients
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the overall success of the company
Requirements
  • Great communicator – someone who’s comfortable asking questions and sharing knowledge
  • Problem solver – able to think on your feet, adapting quickly while following a proven process
  • Self‑motivated – you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and stay organized without needing external motivation
  • Team‑oriented – you work well in a collaborative setting and share best practices with colleagues
  • CRM & sales tools experience – familiarity with CRM platforms and other sales tools is a plus
  • Cancellation prevention or B2B sales experience – ideal but not required
