-89768 Pay Range: $35 – $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.
  • Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, focusing heavily on driving continuity of supply and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage supplier communication
  • Understand market trends
  • Deal with invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with strategic procurement

Key Requirements and Technology Experience
  • Key Skills;
    Procurement, SAP and Assembly
  • Bachelor degree (Business, Supply Chain, or applicable technical degree preferred) and 3 years buyer/procurement experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement operations.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of purchasing systems (SAP experience a strong plus)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
