Senior Procurement Fulfillment Buyer

Lead Strategic Procurement as a Senior Procurement Fulfillment Buyer at Honeywell through PDS Tech Commercial. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in driving procurement excellence, ensuring continuity of supply, and managing complex supplier relationships in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment. You’ll be based in Clearwater, FL.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support cost‑effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.
• Lead complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and continuity of supply.
• Manage supplier communications and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with strategic procurement policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of buyer/procurement experience.
• Proven success managing large‑scale procurement operations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Deep understanding of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.

• Experience with SAP and reading engineering drawings or technical data sheets.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.

Pay Rate: $35‑$42/hr, depending on experience. Shift: 1st Shift, Onsite position.
