• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage projects from permit through completion, primarily interior commercial renovations.
• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
• Execute light supervisory duties while remaining available for occasional hands‑on work on the job site.
• Provide proactive guidance, ask the right questions, and look ahead to resolve issues before they become critical.
• Travel within Florida as required; travel time may range from 3 to 8 weeks per assignment.
• Utilize project management software (Blue Beam, Pro Core, MS Office) to maintain accurate project documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3‑5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of scheduling fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to “fill in the blanks,” anticipate project challenges, and proactively resolve issues.
• U.S. work authorization required; successful background and drug‑free workplace checks necessary.
• Reliable commute to Clearwater, FL 33756 or willingness to relocate before starting work.

• Salary range: $85,000.00 – $ per year.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 paid after 90 days of successful employment.
