Fast paced residential construction team specializing in remodel projects needs 2 more residential project managers. Proven experience in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms is REQUIRED. Successful managers are self-starters, that can successfully manage projects from start to finish including budgeting, assigning subcontractors, managing customer expectations, writing change orders as needed, and completing jobs on time and on budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the management of ten (10) to fifteen (15) construction projects for small and medium multi-trade projects
Directly manage your projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, with high quality workmanship
Efficient scheduling of subcontractors and field technicians on projects.
Focuses on customer satisfaction on each project.
Communicates with homeowners on a daily basis.
Coordinates with office on labor needs, budgets and policy compliance.
Reports to Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience in the management of residential construction projects from start to finish.
Good knowledge of the construction processes, techniques, and codes.
Ability to read and implement schedules and other project written materials
Great planning and time management skills.
Able to communicate professionally/effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
Working knowledge of email, smart phones, and computer skills for data entry of notes, pictures, etc.
Work Schedule:
Full Time Monday through Friday starting at 7:30 AM and available by available by phone or email for coordination after close of business day, till 6 PM.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Salary $75,000 to $80,000/year depending on experience
Quarterly Bonus Opportunity, earn up to $20,000 in bonuses/year
