Senior Electrical Estimator

A well-established construction firm is looking to add a Senior Electrical Estimator to play a key role in developing precise electrical estimates for multifamily and commercial construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with operations teams while contributing directly to project success in a fast-paced setting.

• Manage estimating workflows and timelines to meet internal and client deadlines
• Collaborate with operations teams and customers to define and validate project scope
• Maintain clear, organized documentation throughout the estimating pipeline
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documentation
• Perform on-screen takeoffs, quality overlays, and prepare detailed estimate narratives
• Allocate costs accurately within project budgets
• Prepare and present completed estimates to internal stakeholders and clients
• Provide guidance, leadership, and training to assigned estimating team members
• Commit to a fast-paced, growth-oriented role for a minimum of 16 months

• 5–10 years of relevant electrical estimating experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with senior leadership
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electrical estimating software (Accubid or similar preferred)
