Dozer Operator

Johnson Bros. Corporation, a Southland Holdings Company, is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers to join our team in Clearwater, FL as a Dozer Operator (GPS).

• Operate grader to spread and level material according to grade specification.
• Manipulate hand and/or foot controls to operate a grader on roads.
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities, moving in response to hand or audio signals.
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions and follow all safety procedures.

• DOT Experience REQUIRED.
• 1‑3 years heavy equipment operation.
• Experience operating several types of construction equipment, including and not limited to backhoes, dozers, or rough graders.
• Demands require a worker with experience in the heavy, civil construction industry and ability to work under limited direction and supervision.
