Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing residential reconstruction projects by leading a project team from start to finish. This includes overall job budgeting and planning, documentation, and management of all personnel and subcontractors on the job site. Ensuring that the scope of work is completed on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
Yearly pay range: $75,000 to $90,000, base pay
Quarterly bonuses up to $20,000/year
What does a Construction Project Manager do?
Help policyholders get their homes rebuilt after an insurance claim.
Manage the reconstruction process and control the budget effectively.
Complete reconstruction projects on time, on budget.
Sells Change Orders as needed

Sound planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Manage budget, purchase orders, and work orders before project start. Before You Can Start, We Require:
Must be able to successfully pass a driver’s license and background check and drug test.

Physical Requirements:
The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of indoor and outdoor conditions.
Has the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs; and lifting up to 50-75 pounds.
