We are a licensed tattoo establishment offering a private room rental for a Permanent Cosmetic Artist or Tattoo Artist seeking a professional, established space to work from. This is a weekly room rental arrangement ideal for an independent artist with their own clientele.

• $150 per week, paid weekly
• Artist must provide own supplies
• Artist must carry own liability insurance
• Optional add‑on:
  Use of our booking system and business phone for an additional $50 per week

• Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist or Tattoo Artist (per state/local regulations)
