We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to lead the post‑production process and bring compelling stories to life through video. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in editing a variety of content formats (e.g., commercials, social media, branded content, corporate videos, documentaries, or films).

As a senior member of the creative team, you will collaborate with producers, directors, motion graphic designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the post‑production editing process from start to finish, including importing, organizing, editing, color grading, sound design, and exporting.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver compelling video narratives.
• Mentor and support junior editors; provide creative and technical feedback as needed.
• Work with raw footage from multiple camera formats, frame rates, and resolutions.
• Implement motion graphics, animations, and special effects when needed.
• Maintain video standards, quality control, and consistency across all content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay up to date with editing software trends, techniques, and tools.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong understanding of color correction/grading, audio mixing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience editing content for various platforms including social media, web, broadcast, and events.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles and projects.
• Basic knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and production is a plus.
• Understanding of social media content trends and platform‑specific requirements.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• A portfolio showcasing past videography work

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
