We are on a quest for motivated customer service and call center reps in our fast‑paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. No Collections Experience, no problem! We provide proper training to help you succeed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
