Bilingual Recruiting Assistant
position in Clearwater, FL
filled with many exciting opportunities! This job contributes to the mission of Frank Crum by performing clerical and recruiting support work.
- Answers phones, transfers calls, assists callers, retrieves branch voicemail messages and communicates to appropriate team member.
- Format resumes for Recruiters
- Staffs reception desk by greeting visitors and applicants, notifying team of visitor/applicant arrival.
- Performs the applicant registration process to completion.
- Performs I-9 authorizations, criminal background checks, verifies employment history, schedules pre-employment drug screens, skill testing, and other activities to support the recruitment process.
- Assists with the weekly payroll process upon request.
- Sources for candidates and assists with creating positions and matches; ensures information is correct including pay rate, bill rates, workers’ compensation codes, pay groups, invoice groups and invoice methods
- Assists with sending assignment confirmations.
- Assists with promoting job openings and filling job orders.
- Performs data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.
Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills. In addition, two (2) years of administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
