Are you a Customer Service professional who is looking to build a career in the insurance field? Do you have at least two years of previous call center experience and enjoy providing solutions to customers to help solve problems? If so, this may be the position for you!
Our customer is a national insurance agency who is looking for Customer Service Specialists to join their team. These Specialists provide service and operational support to policy holders and agents in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities- Take and process policy payments in a timely manner.
- Process non‑premium endorsements, transactions, etc.
- Assist policyholders with transfers as needed.
- Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service over the phone to external customers; and in‑person to teammates.
- Manage communication on workflow status with agents and the compliance team.
- At least two years of customer service experience required (call center and/or customer-facing); previous insurance experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work is a must.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast‑paced, high‑volume working environment.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
Hours:
Multiple shifts available (9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday).
Location:
Clearwater, FL 33759.
This is a hybrid position. Training is full‑time on site for 3 weeks after which, Representatives work on site Monday to Thursday, and work remotely on Fridays.
