About the Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy helping customers with their needs? International Diamond Center is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting our sales team.
What You’ll Do- Daily Operations:
Balance daily business activities, including cash and check deposits, and verify amounts. - Transaction Management:
Process all sales invoices, repair invoices, customer layaways, and special orders. - Customer Follow‑Up:
Follow up on repair invoices for vendor pricing, customer pricing, and delivery dates. Coordinate customer pickup of repairs, special orders, and layaways. - Issue Resolution:
Assist in resolving customer issues as they arise. - Showroom Assistance:
Help in the showroom with customers as needed and keep the showroom presentable at all times. - Administrative Support:
Prepare and process customer credit applications, maintain daily transaction logs, and assist with answering phones. - Sales Support:
Provide support for the sales team by calling customers and stocking inventory when new merchandise arrives. - Additional Tasks:
Assist with complimentary jewelry cleaning, gift wrapping, and any other related duties as assigned or requested.

- This is a full‑time position.
- May require occasional overtime, especially around the holidays and quarterly shows.
