Customer Service​/Collections

Overview

Customer Service Rep / Collections Department at Mid Atlantic Finance in Clearwater, FL (Ulmerton Rd worksite). No experience required. $500 signing bonus. Base + monthly bonus incentives. Weekly pay on Fridays. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts.
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
