Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Clearwater, FL. The Customer Service Representative will interact with clients and partners to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and supporting smooth transaction processes. The role requires maintaining communication, building strong client relationships, and upholding the company's commitment to excellence in customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Customer Support and maintaining positive Customer Experiences
  • Strong background in building and enhancing client relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the real estate or title and closing services industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or administration is a benefit
