Full‑time position at Aspen Dental. Hourly pay ranges from $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr with additional bonuses up to $300/month.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies and dental board standards.
• Collaborate with dental team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure high‑quality care.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the Manager’s direction.
• Analyze daily data to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, nightly deposits, and credit‑card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Analytical thinking and data‑driven mindset.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Experience in sales.
