With nearly 55 providers, the team thrives off of collaboration and has a great system in place for flexible scheduling, consisting of a possible blocked schedule with additional flex shifts per month
Patient census varies on the hospital or service line assigned within the area - but all are manageable daily encounters and the physician will have a strong team of clinical and/or APP support
Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, hospitalist experience preferred, and/or available to start this year
Active Florida medical licensure already preferred (or applied for ideally)
Contracts are full-time, W2, employed offering a competitive base salary with lucrative bonuses based on profit-sharing and productivity along with full benefits with most providers' proven earnings of 300K+
This is not a locums opportunity nor eligible for visa sponsorship
