We are currently seeking a high-impact Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team located in beautiful Clearwater, FL.

• Conceptualize, analyze, design, develop and integrate air data systems. Cradle to grave ownership of new products.
• Lead team to deliver technical proposal (design concept, compliance matrix, cost estimate and timeline.
• Support the hardware and software design groups, as well as the verification and validation stream, in the interpretation of requirements for implementation and testability
• Compose system requirements and decompose to lower levels for aerospace technologies such as high-speed digital busses, small form‑factor power supplies, air data computing devices using CPUs, microcontrollers, DSPs, etc.
• Direct interaction with customers and international travel
• Mentor and elevate the team, sharing expertise and modeling curiosity, accountability and respect

• Experience in Aerospace new product development
• Experience with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, DO-178B with verification and validation activities
• Experience with electronic hardware and firmware design

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Aerospace new product development.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives that move the needle
• Clear, confident communicator who thrives in diverse, collaborative environments

• Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
