The position is to provide reliability engineering support to programs. The tasks include reliability design analyses, reliability predictions, component stress analyses, FMECA's, and other analyses. The position also requires support and leadership of the FRACA process for programs.

The individual will be responsible for providing reliability assurance on new and existing hardware designs. Primary tasks include assessing hardware designs to ensure reliability suitable for the product application, providing design recommendations for reliability improvements, evaluating hardware failure mechanisms to ensure safe operation, evaluating hardware/software interactions, performing quantitative assessments of component, subsystem, and system reliability, conducting reliability trade studies, leading failure investigations to determine root causes, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or related fields
• Must be a US Citizen (must be stated upon submission in Fieldglass)
• This is an exempt position; overtime will be billed at straight time as per the Addendum to Exhibit A – Aero E&T
• The position may extend up to 2 years; duration will be discussed during interviews
• Candidate experience must align with the job requirements and be clearly indicated on the resume for review
• Immediate start preferred; if available sooner, start date will be updated accordingly
• Prior Honeywell experience must be included in the submission, with details on location, timeframe, reporting manager, and employment status (direct, consultant, contractor)
