• Assure product and process quality by developing product structures, assembly procedures, test methods and test fixtures for manufacturing and testing.
• Initiate and coordinate engineering change orders related to manufacturing changes, such as new configurations and batch record improvements.
• Assure product and process quality by examining process capabilities and confirming manufacturing processes for internal and external IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Work with design, quality and manufacturing/operations personnel to devise solutions to existing manufacturing problems and generate rework plans.
• Confer with design engineering concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient and effective production methods.
• Confer with design engineering and operations staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
• Arrange for the purchase of manufacturing equipment, materials or parts and evaluate them according to specifications and quality standards.
• Keep manufacturing equipment operational by coordinating and performing preventive maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.
  
  A.) from a four‑year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Solid Works software and Microsoft Office.
