About the role:

As an Electrical Engineer
, you’ll work alongside senior engineers and project leaders to support the design and implementation of electrical systems for hyperscale data centers and other mission‑critical infrastructure. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and develop expertise in the systems powering today’s digital world.

• Assist in developing and reviewing electrical designs and documentation (BOD through IFC) for new data centers and facility upgrades
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design quality and technical compliance
• Support field teams by troubleshooting design or implementation issues
• Participate in value engineering discussions and technical assessments
• Review drawings, specifications, and engineering studies under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support QA/QC activities during construction and commissioning phases
• Contribute to load calculations, fault current studies, and related technical analyses
• Travel to project sites as needed for reviews, inspections, or support

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
• 2–5 years of professional experience (internships, co‑ops, or full‑time)
• Strong interest in power systems, data centers, or critical infrastructure
• EIT certification or in pursuit preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Exposure to electrical systems such as UPS, generators, switch gear, or batteries
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
• Experience with electrical studies: load flow, fault calculations, arc flash, etc.
• Understanding of cabling infrastructure or facility operations
• Interest or coursework in renewable energy or gas‑fired generation systems
