In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

You will be the technical lead with responsibility for product and process application supporting multiple Defense programs. You will ensure product integrity, manufacturing output, and continuous improvements working with factory operations.

• Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience

• Electrical Engineering Degree

• Greenbelt Certified

• Proficient computer skills

• SAP tool understanding

• Solumina MES systems knowledge

• Ability to work independently

• Knowledge of six sigma tools

• Track record of successful contributions to projects

• Ability to partner with others on projects
