** WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
*** Support the Technical Support & Service team by assisting with customer inquiries, product questions, and service-related projects
* Analyze field feedback, service data, and market information to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
* Support product innovation through testing, technical analysis, and evaluation of opportunities to enhance product performance and functionality.
* Research, draft, and support the deployment of technical service bulletins, product submittals, and other technical resources
* Develop training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features, benefits, and technical information
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle
** WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
*** Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc, Marketing, Sales or similar degree with technical aptitude)
* On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with employees, customers, and stakeholders across different areas of the business
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
* Interest in sales processes, marketing concepts, and customer-focused solutions
* Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and develop recommendations

** COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
** Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay.  The starting base pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour and is based on position and academic  addition to competitive pay, co-ops receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support through a…
