Event & Tradeshow Logistics Coordinator
Pay: $29/hr to start |
Location: Hybrid (2 days remote) |
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Fountain Group is hiring for a prominent client in the Beauty
industry. This 6-month assignment may be extended or converted based on performance and budget.

You will manage logistics for events and trade shows, including retro planning, product ordering, event venue research, and RSVP management. You will also support communication with third-party vendors and work with cross-functional teams and global markets.

• Manage event and tradeshow logistics: retro planning, product ordering, venue research, and RSVP management
• Support communication with third-party vendors such as production agencies, venues, florists, photographers, A/V companies, and entertainment companies
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (digital, marketing, education, and creatives), as well as internal teams and global markets
• Manage schedules and timelines, and meet deadlines consistently
• Develop creative briefs for event invitations and production materials as needed
• Handle trade spending, vendor cost negotiations, purchase order management, and chargeback processing on a regular basis
• Help create global guidelines that drive trade show and event consistency across all markets
• Establish a trade show process for international events and identify gaps in needs

• Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, internal teams, and global partners

• Pay: $29/hr to start
• Duration: 6 months, with possible extension or conversion based on performance and budget
