Clear Warranty is seeking a meticulous and organized Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring claim payments are delivered to customers, maintaining bank accounts, and escalating issues as needed.

• Prepare and process reimbursement checks to customers and direct payments to service providers, ensuring timely and accurate payments to customers.
• Monitor and manage the credit cards and bank accounts used for payments.
• Compile and deliver weekly financial reports to ownership, providing oversight on claims numbers, types, and total monetary value.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for claim payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial operations and claims management.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Quick Books accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the warranty or home services industry is preferred.

Compensation Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience.
