Job Description Summary
The Leap Lead Controllership Analyst is an exciting role that will work alongside Product line Finance, the CMR modeling team, Commercial & Risk along with Operations Team to account for our NPI products within the Leap product line. The role will be responsible for analyzing complex financial models while developing a new process to capture future liabilities. This role will have high visibility throughout the organization to our leadership team(s) along with various cross functional teams.
You will be an influencer across the value stream all while being responsible for the accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services.
Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and present complex financial data
Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
Strong problem solving skills
Advanced data analysis skills and heavy use of Excel
Strong systems acumen
Effective interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business clients, including both oral and written communication

The base pay range for this position is $110,. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 12/03/25.
