Location: Belleair Bluffs, FL

• Exhibit consistent relationship building including preparation for various customer interactions, building rapport, and utilizing open and closed‑ended questions to understand current and future financial goals.
• Match customer needs to Seacoast Bank products and services, and confidently explain these products and services to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships based on customer needs; ask for referrals from new and existing customers.
• Listen actively, speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, and respond promptly to customer needs and service requests.
• Seek appropriate internal resources for complex financial matters and balance business needs with customer requests while managing potential risk to the bank.
• Embrace new technology and stay up‑to‑date on industry changes to foster innovation.
• Participate in community, charitable, or civic events and collaborate with associates across the organization.
• Gain an introductory understanding of consumer deposit and lending products, develop proficiency in outbound calling, and identify referral opportunities with internal partners.
• Observe presentations regarding banking products/services through networking events and develop a strong understanding of customer‑facing technology to enroll customers in self‑service products and processes.
• Process checks, cash and the sale of negotiable instrument transactions in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit, operational, dual‑control, security, and all regulated banking requirements; assist in remediating audit deficiencies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Follow management direction to resolve difficult customer objections and retain the customer relationship.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct and all safety and security procedures.
• May be assigned vault responsibilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Preferred: minimum of 6 months experience in retail sales and/or financial services.
• Flexible schedule required; able to work during operating hours, weekends, and occasional non‑bank operational hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC proficiency on desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, and Microsoft Office Suite software.
