• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines and budget
• Assist clients in leveraging Workday technology to enhance finance, human resources, and talent management capabilities
• Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration
• Provide guidance during various testing cycles of prototypes and assist with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday

• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of two full lifecycle implementations of Financial Accounting/Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the Workday Platform
• 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience
• Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional life cycles
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Prior implementation partner experience
• Workday implementation experience in a lead role in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials
• Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
