What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; CTP or CPA preferred.
* 8-10 years of progressive corporate treasury or finance experience, including cash management, liquidity, and bank relationship management.
* Hands-on experience with cash forecasting, working capital optimization, letters of credit/trade finance, and foreign exchange/hedging.
* Knowledge of interest rate risk, debt instruments, and short-term investments.
* Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERPs; strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with tools such as Kyriba, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
* Proven leadership and team management experience; ability to influence cross-functionally and negotiate effectively.
* High attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment; thrives in deadline-driven environments.

* Lead process modernization and automation, elevating control and efficiency across global treasury operations.
* Gain exposure to senior finance leadership and cross-functional projects, creating opportunities to broaden scope and responsibility over time.
