Chief Financial Officer! The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for strengthening financial performance, strategic decision‑making, capital stewardship, and long‑term enterprise value. Reporting to the President, FWCI, the CFO leads the Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Compliance, and Data & Analytics functions and serves as a key advisor to the President, executive leadership team, and Board.

The CFO will provide independent, forward‑looking insight into the organization’s performance, opportunities, and risks, translating strategy into measurable financial and operating plans and improving the quality and speed of leadership decision‑making. This role requires more than technical financial expertise. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded insurance executive who understands how underwriting, pricing, claims, reserving, reinsurance, operations, technology, and distribution combine to create sustainable profitability and who can constructively challenge assumptions, strengthen executive accountability, and help the business act proactively on emerging risks and opportunities.
