The Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the State of Florida is seeking a Sanitation and Safety Specialist (Food & Lodging Inspector) for openings in Largo or Clearwater. The role conducts inspections of hotels and restaurants and investigates food-borne illness complaints.
You'll prepare accurate reports, testify as needed, maintain licenses and CEUs, and coordinate with district offices to ensure compliance. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are required.
