We’re currently seeking an experienced, driven hairstylist who is passionate about their craft and eager to grow in an environment that nurtures talent and supports personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert hair services including precision cuts, dimensional color, blonding, treatments, and styling

Provide in-depth consultations to understand guest needs and recommend tailored solutions

Educate clients on L’ANZA Healing Haircare products to support their hair health and at-home results

Actively engage in team education, salon events, and performance growth opportunities

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment

Reflect the salon’s culture through professionalism, positivity, and respect for others

Education & Training:

Must hold a current Florida cosmetology license

2+ years of professional salon experience preferred

Passion for ongoing education is essential — we offer regular in-salon training, advanced technique classes, and access to national educators through our L’ANZA partnership

Participation in seasonal trend education, product knowledge sessions, and mentoring opportunities

Growth-minded stylists can advance through our structured level system with clear performance milestones

Expertise in modern color techniques (balayage, foiling, blonding), cutting, and styling

Confident working with various hair types and textures

Strong interpersonal and client service skills

A positive, teachable spirit and team-focused attitude
