The Role and Opportunity: We are seeking Eyelash Extension Technicians to join our growing team. The role involves performing services in a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with our protocols. Experience with natural eyelashes, eyebrows, facials, or sugar and wax hair removal services is a plus. Our Estheticians will receive hourly pay plus commissions for services and retail sales. This role offers paid training, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to make an immediate impact on client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough consultations to analyze clients' eyelashes and preferences to customize their look.
• Perform eyelash extension services using various techniques and styles, including different volumes, fan types, and colors.
• Use salon tools and equipment, including electric tables, tweezers, and adhesives.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing tools and workstations.
• Educate clients on proper eyelash extension care and recommend suitable aftercare products.
• Engage with clients as a subject matter expert and understand related products.
• Attend required training and meetings, ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow salon policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in daily meetings and update client records accurately.
• Meet performance metrics and collaborate with team members and the Salon Director for growth.

Desired Skills and

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Esthetician, Lash Technician, or recent cosmetology graduate.
• Active and in-good-standing cosmetology license issued by Florida.
• Customer service experience and familiarity with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Experience with salon software like Vagaro is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
