Responsible to coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the activity and overall functions of the Radiation Therapists to ensure efficiency, accuracy and sensitivity for and during the delivery of patient care and treatment. Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed, act as the clinical supervisor for Hillsborough Community College therapy students, complete performance appraisals on therapists with the assistance of management, and perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years experience in radiation therapy
• 1+ year supervisory role in a related field OR 1+ year coordinator role in a related field
• Preferred: 5+ years experience in radiation therapy

• Technical Program Completion or Degree in Radiation Therapy
• ARRT Radiography credential (or credential requirements in comments)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Radiation license required
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) – Relevant Specialty (credential equivalent experience)
