We are currently looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for Morton Plant Hospital, a major facility that serves Pinellas County. The role focuses on delivering outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment and supports patient recovery across various units, including ICU, ER, and specialty units.

• Deliver Respiratory Care Services under physician orders and in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Perform non‑invasive and invasive procedures with minimal oversight.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and provide emergency/critical care support.

• Respiratory Therapist License (RRT)
• Active NBRC credential for RRT
• CPR
• NRP (within 6 months)
• ACLS (within 6 months)
• PALS – Preferred

• Technical Respiratory Therapy program completed
• Associate’s in Respiratory Therapy – Preferred

• Minimum six months of respiratory therapy experience

• NICU and pediatric experience is preferred.
• Advanced respiratory assessment and evaluation skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong critical‑thinking and teamwork abilities.
