Professional Caregiver at Home Instead Senior Care - Clearwater, FL

Home Instead of Pinellas is a close‑knit team of care professionals committed to providing high‑quality care to seniors. We seek dedicated caregivers who are passionate about serving older adults and willing to work full‑time or part‑time shifts to support their daily needs.

• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with toileting and incontinence.
• Alzheimer's and dementia care, including companionship and conversation.
• Aide with medication reminders and appointments.
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Transportation to shopping, doctor appointments, and other errands.
• Assist with activities such as games, memory books, and light exercise.
• Support client independence and quality of life.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 20–25 hours per week including weekends (part‑time).
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a Level 2 background check and drug screening.
• Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or other caregiving background preferred, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

We provide a comprehensive training program (classroom and online), competitive wages starting at $15 /hr plus shift differentials, weekly incentive bonuses, and health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Flexible scheduling; shift options fit your availability. Immediate shifts are available throughout Pinellas County.
