Looking to be at the cutting edge of healthcare and pharmacy? Tely Rx is a technology-enabled telehealth pharmacy seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support clinical and filling needs in the Tampa/Clearwater area.

As a state-of-the-art telehealth pharmacy, this role focuses on the clinical aspects of the formulary in addition to traditional pharmacist tasks. Discover a different and unique side of pharmacy.

• Own the workflow with the automation machines and shipping within our pharmacy platform
• Review and sign off on medications being refilled in the canisters of the Parata equipment
• Troubleshoot and eliminate errors with the equipment onsite to reduce downtime
• Assist with receiving medications and entering into our system if staff is not present to complete
• Assist the team in processing prescriptions with the automation equipment onsite
• Prepare orders for packing and shipping
• Respond to clinical questions online or via calls from patients
• Learn and grow with the team on this exciting new journey

• An actively licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida with no reprimands on their license
• Able to commit to a scheduled 1-2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, of fulfillment support to process orders
• Capable of learning the basics of the equipment and technology required to fulfill patient orders
• Patient-focused with outstanding customer service
• Agile, flexible, and willing to learn as we grow
• Onsite availability at the Clearwater pharmacy for scheduled hours
• Independent thinker who can work with minimal staff and direction
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google apps
• All experience levels welcomed (new grads welcomed)
• Collaborative, results-driven approach to exceed patient expectations
• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills

• Ability and willingness to get licensed in multiple states
• Prior experience with Parata equipment (ATP-2 experience a plus)
• Start-up or online/mail-order pharmacy experience
