We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA with at least 3 years experience to be the Clinical Director of the Success on the Spectrum Clearwater location starting in Spring 2026. It is a brand new facility that is designed to be sensory friendly and encourage play/imagination.

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work:

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
• Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
• Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
• You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
• SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
• SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
