Job FunctionsEntry‑level client‑serving position for individuals with limited counseling skills and/or experience.
Responsibilities include:
ensuring the health, safety, and security of assigned clients; transporting clients in an approved agency vehicle; providing information and education to clients in group settings under supervision; and delivering 24‑hour coverage during the assigned shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One year of experience in treatment, counseling education, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license or state required.
- Clearance from the PAR auto‑insurance carrier to operate agency vehicles needed.
- Pass level II background check () and drug screen.
- Maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies.
