Join our team as a Coastal Dining and Activities Manager
, overseeing vibrant pool and beachside dining operations and curated resort activities. This role blends leadership, creativity, and hospitality in an outdoor setting, with direct oversight of food and beverage service at the pool and beach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of outdoor dining service at the pool and beachside areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead, schedule, and inspire a team of outdoor food & beverage servers and recreation attendants
  • Plan and execute engaging resort activities, seasonal programming, and branded experiences tailored to our coastal location
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver thoughtful poolside and beachside dining menus and activations
  • Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and inventory standards are upheld across all outdoor service areas
  • Work closely with marketing and events teams to drive participation in coastal dining events and recreation programs
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements with a focus on outdoor experience enhancement
  • Manage labor and operating budgets to maintain efficient, high‑quality operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of recreational programs and trends
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Working outdoors is an essential requirement of this role
