Valet Attendant

Job Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will deliver first‑class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and welcoming guests in the hotel lobby.

• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly.
• Provide friendly, professional service throughout the valet check‑in process.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, run, and navigate stairs within parking garages.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability, maintain flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience as a Valet parking attendant or driving a manual transmission vehicle.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of driving experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
• Pass pre‑employment background, drug, and MVR screen.
